Keep your business configuration up to date and analyze your performance.
Company Settings
- Business Identity: Manage your business name, address, phone and email.
- Company Logo: Upload your business logo. The app automatically compresses and resizes it to ensure it looks professional on all PDF receipts and quotations.
Maintenance Module
- Invoice Types: Define your fiscal documents (Formal, Invoice, etc.). Set a sequence range and the app will track the current number automatically.
- Taxes: Create and manage tax rates (e.g., VAT, Sales Tax). You can assign these to products and services.
Reports
- Sales Report: View total revenue, transactions, and gross profit by date range.
- Profitability: Track taxes collected and the real value of your current inventory.
- Top Customers: Identify your most loyal customers based on purchase history.
- Sales Trends: Visualize peak selling hours and best-performing days of the week to optimize your operations.
- Inventory Alerts: Get notified when products are low on stock.
Backups
Arqueo POS allows you to Export your database to a .db file. You can save it locally or to the cloud (Google Drive, iCloud) to prevent data loss.
- Import: Restore your data easily on a new device.
Important: CSV Import / Export
All data tables (Customers, Products, Services, Taxes, and Invoice Types) support CSV management. Use the Action Menu (top right) to:
- Download Template: Get a perfectly formatted sample CSV.
- Import CSV: Load thousands of items instantly. Note: Imported rows are treated as new. Duplicate names are skipped to prevent issues.
- Export CSV: Back up your currently filtered view to a file.
- Delete All: Safely remove all records from the current section. (Note: Records linked to sales are soft-deleted to preserve receipt history).
