Inventory Management

Arqueo POS allows you to manage both Products (items with stock) and Services (fixed-price items).

Products

1. Add Product: Name, Price, Cost, and Initial Stock.
2. Stock Control: Every sale automatically deducts the quantity sold from your inventory.
3. Search: Use the search bar to quickly find items by name or SKU.

Services

Services are ideal for labor or digital items that don't require physical stock.

• Fixed or variable pricing.
• Associated taxes.

Soft Delete

When you delete an item, it is marked as "Removed", but it remains in your sales history. This ensures your past reports are always accurate.

Important: CSV Import / Export

All data tables (Customers, Products, Services, Taxes, and Invoice Types) support CSV management. Use the Action Menu (top right) to:

1. Download Template: Get a perfectly formatted sample CSV.
2. Import CSV: Load thousands of items instantly. Note: Imported rows are treated as new. Duplicate names are skipped to prevent issues.
3. Export CSV: Back up your currently filtered view to a file.
4. Delete All: Safely remove all records from the current section. (Note: Records linked to sales are soft-deleted to preserve receipt history).
